• Funding Programs
  This is a list of the energy and green technology funding programs offered by PA DEP and other commonwealth agencies, sorted by eligible candidate.  This will make it easy for organizations, individuals, etc. to find out instantly which programs they're eligible for. 
• Keystone HELP Residential Energy Efficiency Program
  Provides low-interest rate loans and rebates to Pennsylvania residents for energy efficiency improvements to their homes, including the installation of energy-efficient heating and air conditioning systems, geothermal systems, insulation and air sealing, and more. The Department of Environmental Protection is offering the program with our partners, the Pennsylvania Treasury Department, the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and AFC First Financial. Click here for more information regarding energy efficiency for your home. 
• Geothermal Loan Program
  Part of the Keystone HELP loan program (see above), the Geothermal Loan program consists of three loan products: a 4.99% fixed rate, unsecured 10-year loan for purchase and installation of a geothermal heat pump system; a lower rate (based on market conditions) secured 20-year loan for the purchase and installation of a geothermal heat pump system in conjunction with a whole-house energy-efficiency project; and a market-rate, short-term Tax Credit Anticipation Loan to further assist homeowners in financing the installation of a geothermal system with minimal cash up front.  The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) is providing funds for this program.
• Green Energy Loan Fund
  A loan program managed by The Reinvestment Fund for energy efficiency and alternative energy projects in existing, non-residential buildings.
• Renewable Energy Program
  Geothermal and Wind Projects - Grants and loans for wind energy facilities and geothermal technologies, including opportunities for wind energy and geothermal manufacturers.
• Technology Clearinghouse Open Solicitations
• Growing Greener
  Growing Greener is the largest single investment of state funds in Pennsylvania's history to address Pennsylvania's critical environmental concerns of the 21st century.
• State Energy Grant Program
  The Pennsylvania State Energy Program achieves environmental improvement by directing time and resources toward expanding the use of renewable energy and reducing our overall energy usage. Promoting less energy usage and switching to less polluting fuels has a number of benefits.
• Energy Harvest
  Energy Harvest Grants will fund projects that promote awareness and build markets for cleaner or renewable energy technologies.
• Alternative Fuel Incentive Grant Program
  The Alternative Fuels Incentive Grant (AFIG) Program provides financial assistance and information on alternative fuels and vehicles.
